Is it possible for an American to open a Pink Salon in Tokyo?

Who would I need to contact for a license (if needed)? Are existing pink salons bought and sold regularly to foreigners? Any info on this subject would be greatly appreciated. I'm only interested in owning an establishment and not looking to be a customer. Thanks. Is it possible for an American to open a Pink Salon in Tokyo?
Why do you think its embarassing to be a customer but not embarassing to run the joint? I think being a pimp and smacking around women and taking their hard-earned cash isn't the most noble job in the world.

But enough of my moral posturing. There seem to be a lot of foreign women in the business, but I'm pretty sure the rules for opening a pink salon that make it, while not impossible, difficult.

I was reading the news the other day, and saw a story about a Korean guy who runs a delivery health shop in Kanagawa Prefecture. He was arrested cuz his girls were doing the ';real thing,'; because Delihell, just like your pink salons, can do anything except hide the salami. But what struck me about the story is that the guy was a S. Korean citizen and he ran a delivery health place, which took me by surprise. Some kind of Visas you certainly cannot do ';Fuzoku'; jobs. 銆€(vice jobs)

So maybe you can realize your dream of being a sleazeball in Tokyo! Is it possible for an American to open a Pink Salon in Tokyo?
I see two problems with this. One, it would take a great deal of money just to get started.Secondly, many of these places are controlled by the yakuza. If by chance you put a dent in their business, you would likely have an '; accident ';, or maybe just disappear. The yakuza are not nice people to upset.

I also don't think '; pink salon '; will be on the approved new business list with the MOFA.

There are non-Japanese who are in this business, but it's people who are already in the country.

';Possible';, yes, but highly unlikely.Listen to SOW.He lives there.
