gamehouse games has unlimited free games now too..go to download games then extended play and they have one free side and one extended play side. Also IWIN has about 74 FREE games that are ad supported now and Free Ride also..I have used all of these and have never any problems with the sites.

GameTap also has some decent free games, mostly the type that one would find in an arcade, and as to the answer, he means games supported by advertising, which makes them free. It's rather complicated to explain why that makes them legally free, so I won't, but it does.
